Metal Coat

Coval creates a covalent bond with painted metal and is easily and quickly applied with an HVLP or an acetone pump sprayer. Unlike other coatings that rely on a mechanical bond, Coval Metal will adhere to any painted metal, as well as bare stainless steel and aluminum, and will never yellow.


This bond creates a chemically resistant barrier allowing for easy cleaning, reduced maintenance costs, and less dependence on harsh chemicals. Note: Coval Metal is not intended for use in marine environments.


Coval coatings contain less than 100 g/L VOCs and exceed SCAQMD Rule 1113 requirements for air quality; as well as contain no known carcinogens under Proposition 65, California’s Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.¹
